Pelvic rotation can lead to subluxation and misalignment in the lumbar spine. The Triangular Pelvic/Lumbar Wedge Set is designed to facilitate easy and convenient spinal care at home. It gently guides your spine back into a proper and healthy position.
The wedge dimensions are 7” x 8” x 4”. Each set contains two wedges.
Pelvic and lumbar wedges enhance the overall health of your back and spine by promoting the natural curvature of the spine. They increase pelvic tilt and extend the lower back, reducing pressure on discs, joints, and supportive muscles. - Use the wedges for at least 20 minutes, at least once a day, or as frequently as your MaxLiving Doctor advises.
- You can also use the wedges throughout the day for 10 to 20 minutes, especially after exercise or physical activity.
- The wedges can be used in conjunction with sleeping aids like Progressive Rolls.
- For maximum results, your MaxLiving Health Care Professional may recommend using this item along with other items in the Home Care Kit.
