Shipping & Returns

At MaxLiving, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

• Returns may be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Orders are not eligible for return if more than 30 days have passed since the purchase date.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition to qualify for a return.

Restocking Fee

• All non-defective merchandise returned to MaxLiving is subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

• Orders that are refused at delivery will also be subject to the 10% restocking fee.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified warehouse error or manufacturer defect.

• Upon request, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellations

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• Shipped orders may be returned in accordance with this return policy.

• Refusing delivery does not void applicable return policies or restocking fees.

Discrepancies & Damaged Items

• Order discrepancies, damages, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Processing

• Refunds or exchanges will only be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment

Incorrect shipping Address Policy 

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate before placing or confirming an order.

For Subscribe & Save orders, address changes must be made within the “Manage My Subscriptions” section of your account. Updating your address elsewhere in your account does not update active subscription shipments. If the subscription address is not updated in “Manage My Subscriptions,” the order will ship to the previously saved address.

MaxLiving is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided at checkout.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is shipped to an incorrect or outdated address:

• The customer must contact the carrier directly to request an address correction or intercept.

• MaxLiving is not responsible for replacing orders delivered to the address entered at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address:

• The customer may request reshipment or a refund.

• A 10% reshipping fee or applicable restocking fee will apply.

Carrier Errors & Misdeliveries

If a shipment is misdelivered due to carrier error:

• The issue must be reported to MaxLiving within 24 hours of marked delivery.

• We will work in accordance with the specific carrier’s procedures, as retrieval and recovery processes vary by carrier.

Please note that carrier investigations and claims are subject to the carrier’s policies and timelines.
