We want you to feel confident in every MaxLiving product you order. If something isn't right, contact us through our Contact Us page within 30 days of your purchase.

• Unused, unopened products in their original condition can be returned for a refund to your original form of payment.
• Non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. You're responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a warehouse error or manufacturer defect.
• Expired or soon-to-expire products and some other items are excluded.
• If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, report it within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and our team will make it right.
