- When do my points expire?
- If a purchase is not made within a 90 day period, loyalty points will expire.
- Can points be used in an autoship order?
- You will collect points on autoship orders but points can only be used towards a new autoship order.
- Do I collect points for shipping and taxes?
- No, points are not collected for shipping or taxes. Points are collected only on products.
- How do shipping rates and discount codes work together?
- If your order subtotal is under $199.99 (even while using a discount code), your shipping rate will be a variable store-generated rate based on order size and destination. All orders with a subtotal over $199.99 have a low flat shipping fee of only $24.95 (contiguous US only).
- If I have more than one clinic or account, can points be combined?
- Points can not be combined with other clinics or accounts. The Loyalty Program is an automated process that accumulates points and rewards based on a single account.
- What happens to my current accumulated points?
- Your current points will be saved to your account.
- Will I earn the same amount?
- You will earn the same, if not more loyalty points per order based on your earning tier.
- How do I move up or down in tiers?
- You will be ‘grandfathered’ into a specific tier based on your 2021 purchase total. As you continue to purchase, you can move up in tiers and points earned. (Ex: If you purchased $100,000 in 2021 you would automatically be considered a Tier 3 purchaser earning 6 points for each dollar spent).
