Product Information
MaxLiving believes that chiropractic care encompasses body weighting exercises conducted both in the clinic and at home. Body weighting is designed to induce long-term structural changes in the spine. The Body Weighting System provides the essential equipment for both clinic and home rehabilitation procedures.
The Body Weighting System employs advanced body weighting techniques in conjunction with home rehabilitation procedures. These systems serve as a progression from our Complete Homecare Kits, offering enhanced exercise levels tailored to individual needs. Utilize the Body Weighting System to address Anterior to Posterior (front-to-back) subluxation patterns.
The Body Weighting System can be used for shoulder, chest, or hip weighting. Your doctor will prescribe the appropriate exercises utilizing these components based on your specific requirements.
The Body Weighting System includes the following components:
- (2) Shoulder/Hip Belt: This wide belt ensures even pressure distribution and features a movable pad for enhanced comfort.
- (1) 5lb Weight: This padded weight can be used as a shoulder, chest, or hip weight. It can be combined with the Accessory/Pediatric 2lb Weight to increase the weight by using the velcro.
- (1) 10lb Weight: This padded weight can also be used as a shoulder, chest, or hip weight. It can be combined with the Accessory/Pediatric 2lb Weight Pocket to increase the weight through the velcro.
- (1) Chest Weight Strap: This strap has a 3” neck roll to help distribute the force along the cervical spine. It is thin for patient comfort and includes an additional female velcro tie.
- (1) Accessory/Pediatric 2lb Weight: This weight can be added to a 5lb Weight Bag or 10lb Weight Bag to increase the total weight.
NOTE: Always consult your MaxLiving Doctor’s recommendation on the use of spinal correction items.
